Poor service delivery

Very very POOR service. So fed up for trying to cancel my contract that already ended a month ago. Ever since tried to cancel my contract so that it doesnt go on to a month to month contract with absolutely NO SUCCESS. Now I have to pay for a service that I dont want and also pay for a service that is TERRIBLE. Sent numerous emails and called many times just to hold on for hours at once with no answer. Not even the branches "can assist". MTN where has your service gone? Out the door!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC
