Poor service delivery

Unfortunately I have to rate you at least one star to write a comment, I don't even believe the service is worth a star. I have been trying for weeks now to open a new contract but I don't get any response from MTN online and the store cannot help me until the online matter is resolved. I am very disappointed in the fact I have not received one phone call from them to tell me they are working on it or anything.
