Poor service delievery

I was offered a sim card during covid i was told it was not a contact they just upload data then if i dnt want the sim anymore i just dont pay Few months later i lost the sim i called in so that they can block it they never few months ago i checked my clear score i saw that my mtn was handed over to legal departments i hv been sending mails to make arrangements so that my record can be cleared even now nothing
