Poor service

Once again I have experienced poor customer service from MTN Tygervalley. My laptop is faulty and went to MTN Tygervalley to book my device in for repairs which is still within the contract. I spoke to Kim, which could not assist me as the specialist has left for the day. She then gave me her contact details to send her an reminder to forward my details and serial numbers to the specialist. That has now been a week ago, I even sent a follow up message, which was ignored. Worse service ever!
