Poor service

I cannot the service I received from MTN, I was supposed to get to my WiFi router today but biometrics finger system doesn’t work, honestly the service is bad for someone who recently joined the network provider. I couldn’t get the router today because of that. I’m a really disappointed. The DSV consultant wasn’t friendly all cause the first thing he said was did they tell you that the biometrics rejects.
