Poor service

I am normally one of mtn's biggest supporters. Had some bad issues a while ago.but i have been with mtn for 14 years or more...till a while ago when i signed up for a small contract that was sold to me as month to month.told the guy i don't know of month to month but he was sure...so end October 2020 i wanted to stop my contract no all of a sudden i am on a 24 month contract with all there smart recording they kant help me solve the issue...thay on lay suspend my service i don't here from them nothing.this is so so disappointing...after so many hears mtn has really went down the drain...
