Poor service

I'm really not impressed with how MTN is handling my case , I unfortunately lost my phone as someone snatched it from me at Jozi . I paid an excess amount on Friday the 4th still todate I haven't received the phone and with working from home I really need it . But I was advised today it might take 14 days for the device to be couriers.
