Poor service

I have been having a very bad experience with Mtn, I have settled my account with Mtn mid month June and up u till today Mtn is not updating anything and when I try to reach out from them they always tell me to forward them the paid up which I always do but still there's no way forward, they're service consultants are not helpful at all
