Poor Service

I have been using MTN for over 20 years but they never treated me fairly, I even complained about them before whereby I have Data contract with them and I receive my Date every month on the 12th then on the 16th my Data is depleted and I complained years back and I also complained this year on March or April to cancel they contract is not working for me whereby the 40gig can’t be finished over 4 days then they stopped debiting me every month till now on 26 September 2025 they suspended my number without any communication with me when I went to the MTN store the day I owe R1900 but they never communicated with me anything the just blocked my number and I called in today so I can know what transpired they told me my account has been handed over to Nudebt for what I don’t know because no communication from them to me saying I owe them certain amount.
