Poor service / *****

On 8 November 2023, I went to MTN online store and ordered the Superflex 10GB package and made payment and recived confirmation of payment and of order number several minutes later via email. Order email said I would recive an sms to say when package would be active within 24 hours which I still have not received as of 24 November 2023. I have written 2 complaint emails to ***, for which I got responses and reference numbers but as of 24 November 2023 (date of this post) still have no resolution. They took my money but still no product
