poor service

Mtn has given me the worse service you can imagine, i received the phone on the 11/09/2020 and the charger was not working. Sunday i took the phone the Mtn city view, they said they're are not a service center so they referred me to Mtn Musgrave i went there as well i was told to go to Gateway or Pavalion, i opted for Pavallion i went there on Monday the 14th, they said my phone will be sent to Mtn repair center. on Tuesday i contacted the repair center since i was told to do a follow up myself, they transfer from 1 department to another until today i still dont know whats happening. and honestly I dont think i still want the phone
