Poor service

I was called by a call center agent by the name of Linda Pamla with number :+*** and offered me a router with 20G day + 2G night surfer. When DSV delivered the package there were only 2 simcards. I contacted the above number and promised to sort out the matter but no avail. I have sent the simcards to MTN in KZN liberty mall and requested I contact 135 to cancel with reference number :*** but they are not still debuting my account
