POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

I don't even want to give them a star, but seeing as that is the only option, 1 star it will be.

MOST USELESS, PATHETIC service ever!!!!!

Have been billed incorrectly for the last two months. Still no one sorted this out. Phoned numerous times, went into a store, sent emails. Nothing, zero, nada help from them!!!!!
