Poor service

Hi, I called the MTN call center and with no luck I could not get through to anyone the many times I called. I sent a Twitter DM to MTN someone gave me an email to send my query to I did just that no one has contacted me its been 2 weeks already haven't had from anyone. All I wanted to do was to cancel my freaking contract, yeses! How difficult can it really be to contact me and assist me. Bathong!
