Poor service

To whom it may concern

I when into MTN (shop 6a ipic shop ctr Bottelary rd Kuilsriver ) @14h30 on 21/12/2023. There was lady behind the counter and one of her colleagues on the floor .

As value MTN customer I will never ever enter the store at Soneiker, their service is very ,very poor ,I was standing their for 5/10 min and nobody ever came to asked HOW CAN THEY ASSIST ,however by saying so there was no customers in the store.
