Poor service

MTN is absolutely the worst. Upgraded end November 2023. Yesterday after how many apparent failed attempts to deliver phone I still dont have my phone. Their finger prints dont work so now phone has to be send back to change authentication method. After 20 year of being a loyal customer I will now be leaving you MTN.
