Poor service customer care

I have bought mtn sim card I have RICA it but challenge I bought 1G but the message say out of data when I phone customer service but useless options when I press 0 as directed it says you have chosen invalid option.why are they given us 135 number if 0is not a recognized by them .so bored I want to know what happened to my data no.
