Poor service

MTN consultants can be so pathetic at times. They are quick to make one take out a contract telephonically , but when it's time for the device to be delivered, they are no where to be found, no feedback, nothing. They are only after sales and reaching targets. They just don't care about service delivery. You guys are so pathetic. I've been waiting for my device for the past 2 weeks. Must Jesus raise from the dead before I get a proper service delivery ?🤷🏽
