Poor service

This is my first contract and experience with Mtn and since opening this accoubt i have had problems, my given cell phone number was not correctly entered when the contract was created so i had to visit the branch on multiple occasions to sort this out. Since the first month of having this contract i had problems with my debit order, each month it goes off on a different day, it is the 5th of march 2021 and ny debit order still haven't gone off... I phoned customer service and they cant help me
