Poor service

Poor service from this company. After 2 months I finally got the contract cancelled, just to get a sms this month, claiming I owe them money for early cancellation. the cancellation was due to misinformation given to me in the beggining. Now it seems i will go through this whole saga again. Incompetant company and staff. They don't know what is happening in their company. Only answer you get is " it has been escalated to relevent department" which seems not to excist. Wonder how high the escalator is going.
