Poor Service🤬🤬🤬

Bad service

I am not getting any joy with MTN, its almost a month now without getting my issues resolved. Been logging tickets and calling for a follow up just to get my minutes to make calls but clearly its an issue to resolve it. How many times must one have to follow up to get issues resolved?
