Poor service

I went to MTN last week looking for a new phone and they told me that i must come back the following day so that i can fetch the phone as the system needs to process the application . the following day when i went the agent who said I must come back was not available and i told them i dont want the contract anymore and the colleague told me that nothing was processed then i left the store .

Few days later i lost my old phone and when i call the call center for sim swap they tell me that my number was ported in to contract .

i went back to the store and i was told that i have a contract and it will take 7 days before it can be cancelled

Firstly i did not get a phone but suddenly i have a contract that will take 7 days to be cancelled .

Can i get this issue resolved ASAP

and i need my number back on prepaid so that i can do a sim swap unless u dont want me using ur network anymore i will user other service provider
