Poor Service / Cancel Contracts.

i called MTN to ask about a new contact or upgrade, and now my prepaid number is RICA blocked. WTH is wrong with you guys? why would you block my sim card? now i have no choice to cancel off whatever contacts i have with you guys. and look at a law suit for disruption of services and downtime.
