Poor service

I am not happy with the service i got from pep cell opposite telkom telkom shop.

I needed to charge my phone so i went there to buy a cable as i had my power bank, as i was in the que my son saw MTN ballons displayed in the store and asked if he can get one i than gave it to him.

An MTN promotional agent by the name of Refilwe than got rude and told me those ballons are not for kids and said she will give me attitude as she please because we didn't ask for the ballons.

I told her that what she's doing is not necessary i almost beat the **** out of her it's a pity i was with my son.

Im competely disappointed with my visit at pep cell opposite telkom store westgate mall
