Poor Service

Iʼve received very poor service from MTN recently. Received my pocket router without a sim that was connected meaning no RICA. Mind you upon collection I was required to bring along RICA documents but it took me umpteen calls and 3days for my router to start working. Each time I called in the customer care center I would not get assisted. And some agents went as far as giving me false information to get me off their back. I think this is the last time I am working with MTN. After my phone contract ends I'm done.
