Poor service

So for the last 3 weeks i have had issues with my LTE network for wifi I have mailed the coverage department i have lunched a complaint i have called Every single day they are waiting for a technician I got this due to not having problems on my phone network and for the last 9 months everything was excellent on the wifi till now for the last 3 weeks How long can it take someone to resolve a issue When you phone the call center staff is rude as hell when you ask for the supervisor they are working remotely and you cant contact them I need this issue to be resolved by 26/01/2024 Has i work remotely my self and buying data and paying wifi is not fair at all Kind regards Jason
