Poor service

I app**** online for a new contract on the 7th of December 2022 and I am still waiting for my device to be delivered... They said they received stock on the 30th of December and that the phone will be delivered by the 10th of January and then it never came.. Phoned again they said there's no stock and because it's a double deal it's been delayed... We are going on 2 months now
