Poor service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. Unfortunately, the customer service team failed to meet my expectations, demonstrating a lack of training and inadequate knowledge of their roles.

The experience was further marred by technical issues, including prolonged periods of hold music and abrupt call terminations, followed by automated messages that did not address my concerns.

In light of this experience, I am compelled to express my disappointment and frustration. Regrettably, I will be forced to seek alternative service providers in the future.
