Poor service

My sim is blocked made full payment on the 6th of may its the 17th today still blocked. I have contacted mtn and notified them of payment with no help. I have been with mtn for 16 years and their service gets worse everyday. I live in rustenburg and the signal is so bad can't even make phone calls outside town with 3G or lte signals
