Poor Service

I recieved my sim-only contract sim from MTN on thursday the 23rd april. i called to register the sim and i was advised by two consultants that the sim has been registered and will take between 2 - 24hrs for the sim to be active today marks the 5th day without connection, in the quest to sort this matter i have spent R200 on the phone with o available consultant to attend to my problem.
