Poor Service

Hi Hope you well I'm reaching out to someone that assist me. I have been trying to update my credit score since last year. I had a contract many years ago and same is still reflecting as active on my ITC. I've been pushed from pillar to post (I've gone into the mtn store, I've emailed and I've also called) but still no help in getting this resolved. 😣 Would appear that no one really wants to help me to get this resolved. The service I've received has been the worst.
