Poor service.

I have spent almost 2 hours on hold waiting to get hold of a representative from the cancellations department. I have sent emails. I have tried different numbers. Absolutely no luck. Pathetic service. I have tried to create a profile on your MTN APP. I can't as my account has been suspended and it requires an OTP number sent. I cant get the OTP number as the account is suspended. PLEASE CONTACT ME !!!!
