Poor service by Sanele Miya MTN Clear water

Mtn clear water Wow! I walked into a store and I was assisted by Sanele Miya who was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manner in which he carried himself was totally out of line. I told him I needed to upgrade my contract and wasn’t too sure on the exact number since I have multiple contracts with mtn and he said you need to come back when your sure coz he doesn’t want to get into trouble, I asked him to check because it’s a router not a phone that I wanted to upgrade and he said unfortunately he cannot unless I am sure of my story. The nerve 😳? Yesterday they did check for me but today I am at a different store he’s failing to check for me. This is joke honestly and they treating the store like it’s not a reputable company and that is disgusting. I requested to speak to the manager and guess what??? He was no where to be found I waited forever for the manager to come and resolve my matter. The manager on duty Sbonelo Mathe who later come and tried to resolve the issue.I must say he was extremely calm and polite very professional, he took over from the rude Sanele and did the upgrade himself. MTN needs to hire their stuff accordingly because customer service is very important.
