Poor service by MTN INSURANCE AND MTN South Africa.

MTN South Africa and MTN insurance your services are poor. I got ****** and they took my phone. I went to MTN reported everything and I submitted everything that was needed for the insurance to take action because I want a new device, the same as the one I took as per my contract. You are giving me the run around. I sent the invoice that was given to me by an MTN branch which apparently is a form that was done in the system when I went to the other branch. I sent you a screen grab with the the relevant paper work that was needed by you guys as the insurance.

Please fix the mess that you guys are doing. I'm at a point where one would consider cancelling the contract that they have.
