Poor service by MTN ***** department

MTN ***** department is either does not exist or if it does it is highly *********** and useless. I have logged a ***** ticket almost 2 months ago and is not resolved yet. When I open the ticket I was informed that it will take 21 days to be resolve. I have made several calls to the MTN call center and everytime I phone they tell me that they have escalated the matter. I also walked in to one of the MTN stores and the person who helped me also escalated the matter. I personally tried to cal the ***** department but nobody is answering the phone.

MTN needs to deal with this department ASAP otherwise it's going to cost you customers. I'll put my ticket number here in case the is somebody at MTN who cares and might be interested in helping me to resolve the matter: 1- ********** 9599
