Poor service by MTN consultants

On the 31st of May I called MTN direct to apply for a contract, I was helped by Kubera and the application reference number is MV ********** 3. On the same day I emailed her the supporting documents on ********** for her attention with that reference number. She has never called back to this day. Every time I call MTN Direct, the operator who answers say to me they will inform Kubera to call me as she is dealing with the application, but the call from her never comes. MTN please intervene.
