Poor service by MTN

My Whatsapp was hacked about 3 days ago and I've been unable to use it since. I contacted MTN and alerted them to this. Initially I was told to wait 24 hours and everything would be ok. Three days and countless calls and transfers later,I'm still unable to make or receive calls or have internet access, nor am I able to use my Whatsapp account. This has been a really frustrating experience,and unfortunately it doesn't seem any closer to be resolved.
