Poor Service - Bring Back Altech AutoPage

<p>Mtn is a joke when it comes to client service !! </p> <p> </p> <p>Whre does one even begin with this review, </p> <p> </p> <p>1. Since Altech swap over we have as company have never recieved a Invoice ! </p> <p>2. Requrested cancellation on contract phone going back over a year has never been actioned - still paying to date </p> <p>3. A account manager has never been assigned </p> <p>4. A lost phone / insurance claim cant be processed becuase we havent recieved a invoice to check details </p> <p>5. Contract phones were open lines with Altech since swap over users are getting notification to top up on air time and data - before this was never the case </p> <p> </p> <p>Come on MTN kindly resolve the above and set up to the plate on this becuase this beyond frustrating !</p>
