Poor service

I called MTN last to cancel a contract, instead of them agreeing to my cancellation, they offered a new contract without telling me of other fees I will have to pay , even when I asked them that I will still pay the same amount I been paying the person said. Now I got billed money that was never discussed with me, try to call them to resolve the matter , nothing happens yet I been paying for services that I do not receive.
