Poor service

Good day

I hereby want to complain about the poor service I have received regarding my Data not loaded on the above mentioned number. I took a month to moth plan at an store at Cresta mall in March 2021.However I have specified that I would make cash payments, I have since waited for the data to be loaded to avail sine the 1st of may and numerous calls has been made to MTN call but the issue doesn’t seem to be resolved. I however spoke to Nokwanda yesterday with ref *** who promised to escalate the matter since the is a R10.00outstanding which I’m not in a position to pay since I never authorised any debit on my account. Now I don’t even have access to use my night data, since this network is blocked form the 01st May.it is with great disappointment cause a monthly subscription of R260 was paid as per agreement now I’m 3rd day without any data its unfair, no one from your side is making any follow or to resolve this matter. I can I get feedback or refund on my money and go with another company.
