Poor service

Good evening

I’d like to lodge a formal complaint against MTN. I took a wifi contract that started at R399 premium per month. Which increased with R30 something rands without even communicating properly about the increase. Then later on they increased again still without communicating, then only committed when they were telling about an outstanding R50 form my premium.

I requested several times for them to give me proof that they communicated about the increase, which never came, instead they disconnected my wifi for an outstanding R50 after the R450 I paid.

I’m very disappointed and frustrated by the mtn poor service.
