Poor service

Mtn legal called me with no proper information. To dispute contract that I cancelled because router came with no network coverage on my selection address. Wanted me to pay for something I did not use Legal hasn’t got back to me as I have sent the requested details. Refer to call recording Ref no. BA*** with MR Phumulani Makhubelo from the MTN legal department
