POOR SERVICE

HELLO Last year December i was contacted by a lady who offered me a cellphone contract and mislead me into believing that il be getting a 10gig BUNDLE for free. i then gave her an mtn NUMBER WHich belongs to my collegue at work and then the sim was then entered into a contract without my consent. I january 2025 the courier guy came to deliver the phone at work but then he left with the device right after until today i do not have a cellphone with MTN. AS A RESULT MTN TRIED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WHICH I DISPUTED THE DEBIT BECAUSE I NEVER ASKED FOR A SIM DATA CONTRACT. MTN HAS BLOCKED MY COLLEAGUES NUMBER BECAUSE OF THE SALES AGENT THAT MISLEAD ME INTO BELIVING IL BE GETTING A DEVICE.
