Poor service

I was nearly ****med in April, I reported the matter immediately after I realised what was happening. The customer service lady told me the transaction will be reversed and only takes 5 days and 2 months later the matter is not resolved. I keep sending emails and I'm taken from pillar to post with no one giving answers.

Resolve this and cancel my contract with immediate effect, I want nothing to do with your contracts anymore
