Poor service

I had a very poor service with mtn headoffice consultants. I was overquoted to cancel my contracted and paid the amount, and requested a refund from 6 Dec 2023 and all the time when i call the ticket is pending. I have sent an email to ***, with no feedback except "ticket is pending" I regret taking a contract phone with MTN, the service is appaling and pathetic.
