Poor service!!

We have been trying to get service and advice from MTN, I am shocked by the poor service! Being a client of MTN for more than 20 years one would think they will respond to a request, waiting for more than 2 weeks for a reply to an email, I am absolutely disappointed at this level of service and response!!
