Poor Service

I called MTN requesting an upgrade, its been two weeks now, I haven’t received an sms, everytime i call the tell me different stories, im not happy with MTN serious.. now i Dont have a phone.. because MTN keeps me waiting but they told me my my upgrade has been approved..
