Poor service at MTN worst provider in South Africa

MTN is the worst service provider around. I had a contract that has expired and they have since moved me to a month to month contract and increase my monthly payment by over 300% without my knowledge and consent. I have been sent from pillar to post with no response from the cancellation department. It seems they have a strategy in place to not allow people to cancel their contracts. Worst provider and customer service I ever experienced. I will never recommend MTN to anyone. I need someone to contact me urgently on *** urgently to resolve.
