Poor service at mtn store

Hi,,I am writing this review as a customer for more than 20years but the service I received from yesterday the 11/03/2024 and today 12/03/2024 in one of the stores of mtn in Matlosana Mall near fantasia from mtn agent by the name of Shallot,,I did a sim swap yesterday the 11th which cost me R55 so when we are done with the sim swap instead of her giving me 2 sim cards she only gave me 1 sim card and kept the one with the airtime ,, today morning the 12th I went to inquire about the other sim card and she said to me she told me that the store did not have airtime of Wich she never told me that and she said as soon as the store has airtime she will bring it to my work place ,,,I waited for her until 4 o'clock in the afternoon then went back to her again she took out the sim card in her cell phone pouch of the were too many of the sim cards there I asked her how did she know that the one she picked is mine then that's were she started being rude towards me and said some awful words that I even asked myself is she aware that I am the customer here or what,,,so please hello Peter can you please sort that out for me in an appropriate way thank you . still I haven't received my sim card the only thing I got was the poor service that I received from that particular agent
