Poor service@ MTN springs Mall

Very unhappy with the sense of urgency and customer service at Springs Mall. I visited the branch on the 9th of July with an affidavit and certified copy of my ID to do a Sim Swap. Michael is the consultant that was assisting me. My number is still not working. The call center is unable to assist. This is really frustrating
